Rajasthan Lockdown: How “Modified Lockdown” run in state from 2 June ?

Jaipur. Decreasing rate of corona infection in most of the districts and the low number of infected, Rajasthan government has decided to implement a three-tier public discipline “Modified Lockdown” in commercial and other activities from June 2.

In the guidelines of Modified Lockdown, relaxation for various activities can be given only where the positivity rate will be less than 10 percent or the use of oxygen, ICU and ventilator bed will be less than 60 percent.

In the new guideline, according to the positive case, the district and gram panchayat have been divided into three categories Green, Yellow and Red.

If there is not a single active case for one lakh population, it will be kept in green category, up to 100 active cases per one lakh population will be kept in yellow and if there are more than 100 active cases, it will be kept in red category.

Similarly, in gram panchayats, the category will be determined according to the population and active case. There will be a public discipline weekend curfew every Friday afternoon from 12 noon to 5 am till the number of active cases in the state reaches 10 thousand.

Collectors will talk to business institutions

In order to open the markets and commercial establishments, all the district collectors will prepare an alternative arrangement plan in their respective districts, including business organizations and local people, in consultation with the Public Discipline Committee.

Similarly, arrangements will be made in rural areas. As the number of active cases decreases, the scope of the exemption will increase further.

Allowed activities:

Shops will be able to open only from 6 am to 11 am.

Government offices will open from 9:30 am to 4 pm with 25% staff.

From June 7, the personnel capacity will be 50 percent.

Private offices can be opened till 2 pm. Banking services will be available to the public till 2 pm.

In the state, the movement of private vehicles inside the district (intra district) will be possible only from 5 am to 12 noon from Tuesday to Friday.

After June 8, traffic will be allowed in the entire state from Tuesday to Friday from 5 am to 12 noon.

Maintenance service providers such as electrician, plumber, carpenter, motor mechanic, IT There will be no restriction on the movement of service providers etc.

Wholesale and retail shops related to all types of food items, grocery and flour mill will be open from Tuesday to Friday from 6 am to 11 am.

Besides, other shops and business establishments will also be open from 6 am to 11 am Tuesday to Friday.

Shops and restaurants like processed food, sweets, bakery etc. will be able to open from 6 am to 11 am from Tuesday to Friday.

They will not be allowed to sit and eat. During this time, only take-away will be available. The facility of home delivery from these establishments will be allowed till 10 pm.

Sale of fruits and vegetables through carts, bicycles, rickshaws, auto rickshaws and mobile vans will be allowed daily from 6 am to 5 pm.

The sale work of street vendors, thadis, street vendors and other items on handcarts will be allowed daily from 6 am to 11 am.

Mandis, shops selling fruits and vegetables and flower garlands can be opened daily from 6 am to 11 am.

Dairy and milk shops will be allowed daily from 6 to 11 am and from 5 pm to 7 pm.

It will be permitted to open shops related to pharmaceuticals, optics, medicines and medical devices.

Home delivery of medicines should also be encouraged, so that infection can be controlled.
